In fact, just two years ago in August 2019, federal agents broke the doors of seven separate chicken factories in central Mississippi. They arrested hundreds of foreigners who lived and worked there, in violation of American law. Several poultry factory executives were later charged. Child labor brought under the charges.

So our decadent corporate press essentially ignored this except to portray the raids as heartless and barbaric. Unsurprisingly, a trade group called the National Chicken Council agreed with this characterization. How dare the government enforce its own laws?

What is interesting is that people who actually live in central Mississippi had a very different view of what was happening. For years they had watched helplessly as foreign workers cut wages for the people born there. You have understood immigration, just as most wage earners see immigration primarily as an economic issue. If you flood the labor pool, wages will go down. This is called supply and demand. When the illegal workers were gone, these chicken factories were forced to cease American citizens. In this case, many of them were African American. You’d think maybe the Biden administration with its many–repeated commitment to justice would think that was good, but of course they didn’t care. They are not interested in helping working-class people of any color.

The government refused to arrest even suspects believed to have committed serious sexual assault and drug-related offenses at the height of a drug epidemic that kills nearly 100,000 Americans each year. So it’s really clear that this is not just an incredibly dangerous and destructive policy that is deliberately damaging America, and no, it’s more, despite being a clear violation of federal law. In other words, it is a crime. It is a crime.
