Jon-Thomas Roemmick, with his focus on defending workers’ compensation, is the youngest employee to help them accomplish this mission successfully.
A US Army veteran with three combat missions and two Army medals, Roemmick practices Jura with a “never stop”, “mission first” mentality. He tirelessly represents insurers and employers in employee compensation cases and does everything in his power to achieve a successful defense judgment. In addition, Roemmick has extensive experience in guardianship, conservatory and tenancy law as well as in criminal law, corporate organization, family law and civil procedural law.

Roemmick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado University of Technology before graduation Creighton University Law school. He is admitted to the bar in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association. Outside of the office, Roemmick volunteers as a mentor at the Douglas County Veterans Treatment Court. He also enjoys nature walks, live music, and spending time with family and friends.
