Cubans take to the streets for the biggest anti-government protests in decades

Norges Rodríguez, co-founder of YucaByte, a website dedicated to Cuban affairs, said the protests were the result of a spontaneous “domino effect” in San Antonio de los Baños, 25 kilometers from Havana. Videos shared by the scene on social media showed Cuban security forces mistreating protesters.
