Bill Cosby prosecutor criticizes the court’s “disappointing” overturning of the conviction
Andrea Constand, a prosecutor for Bill Cosby, whose allegations helped put the comedian behind bars, released a statement along with her lawyers on Wednesday after the 83-year-old comedian was released from prison.
In the statement shared on Twitter, she called the lifting of the conviction “disappointing” and said that “it could prevent those seeking justice in the criminal justice system for sexual assault from reporting the perpetrator or participating in law enforcement, or a victim to do so might force you to choose whether to file either a criminal or a civil lawsuit. “
Constand met Cosby in 2002. In court documents received by People magazine, Cosby claimed that Constand did not reject his romantic advances while she disagreed. She claimed that the comedian, 35 years older than her, gave her what he called a herbal medicine, but that it left her unable to act and speak or move while Cosby was making sexual contact without her consent.
The disgraced “Cosby Show” star has served more than two years of a three to ten year prison sentence in a state prison near Philadelphia. CLICK HERE FOR MORE ABOUT OUR TOP STORY.

Chinese Whistleblower Reveals Origins of COVID-19 in Tucker Carlson Today
A Chinese coronavirus whistleblower claims her husband is helping the Chinese Communist Party “disappear” for exposing the origins of COVID-19 during a bomb interview on Fox Nation’s latest episode of “Tucker Carlson Today”.
Virologist and doctor Li-Meng Yan told Carlson that, according to I-94 records, her husband had entered the United States for two years on an HB-1 visa and may be planning to harm her with the help of the CCP and a few others inflicting the USA
Prior to fleeing China in April 2020, Yan claimed that her husband tried to “injure” her in various ways, including poisoning, to prevent her from leaving the country.
Yan, who worked at a World Health Organization reference laboratory in Hong Kong at the beginning of the pandemic, was employed as an undercover investigator to investigate COVID-19, which was known as “Wuhan Pneumonia” at the time. However, she said she was from her manager, Dr. Leo Poon, warned not to ask too many questions.
She was told not to touch the “red line” or suffer the consequences of the CCP.
“Don’t touch the red line – that means ‘invisible principle,'” said Yan. “Don’t break it. If not, I have to be responsible. It means the invisible things that China’s government won’t be happy.” [about]. ” CLICK HERE FOR MORE.

Kamala Harris employees grapple with low morale, internal tensions: reports
While Vice President Kamala Harris struggles with intense scrutiny over her handling of the border crisis and other key issues, her employees experience low morale and have difficulty communicating with top employees, several reports said Wednesday.
Communication problems and distrust between aides and senior officials on Harris’ team, including her chief of staff Tina Flournoy, have contributed to a “tense and sometimes grumpy office atmosphere”. Politico reported, citing interviews with 22 current and former helpers.
Much of the criticism has been directed at Flournoy, who aides alleged had limited access to Harris and contributed to a culture “where ideas are ignored or harsh dismissals and decisions are dragged out”.
The problems appear to have been illustrated during Harris’ recent trip to the border. Some of Harris’ aides and other Biden administration officials, including those responsible for booking their travel arrangements, were “distraught” by their decision to travel to El Paso earlier this month. SOME FINAL WORDS
Canadian pastor Artur Pawlowski appeared on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Corner” on Wednesday night, which was about facing four years in prison for holding church services amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“It is not that this (a kind of action) cannot happen, but that it is already happening,” said the pastor to the innkeeper Jeanine Pirro. “I’ve decided to go to the Americans and ask for help.
“Canada has been taken over by communism, fascism, a socialist hybrid,” he added. “We are being arrested, we are being threatened. Today I learned that I have received another charge, even though I am on tour in the United States.”
