Speedway was hit with a class action lawsuit in New Jersey District Court on Friday. The lawsuit for alleged violations of wages and working hours was filed by Winebrake & Santillo and Lichten & Liss-Riordan. No lawyer has yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1: 21-cv-19277, Dworkin et al. v. Speedway LLC.
