Tyler Berger, of Berger Law Firm PLLC, contacted Professional Watches yesterday with an update on what was happening to the Timepiece Gentleman.
Berger stated that she has represented Anthony Farrer on his business law and intellectual property matters since 2019. And that she filed a trademark application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on July 1, 2021 on his behalf. The full email message can be found below.
“I’m Tyler Berger, owner of Berger Law Firm, PLLC. My law firm has been supporting Anthony Farrer in his business law and industrial property law matters since 2019. While rumors say the company is in the dark, on July 1, 2021, I filed a trademark application for THE TIMEPIECE GENTLEMAN to protect the name in connection with entertainment services. Previously, the timepiece gentleman, Anthony Farrer, was associated with buying, selling, and trading luxury watches; his intellectual property records in my law firm reflect this. With the YouTube channel THE TIMEPIECE GENTLEMAN, he and his business partner Marco Nicolini gained local and national recognition. There would be no point in actively taking steps to further his business interests if he was just about to leave. The submission can be found online at uspto.gov and is publicly accessible. “

Also a new premiere video with the title “The TIMEPIECE GENTLEMAN scandal finally revealed !!!” will now be shown on the Timepiece Gentleman YouTube channel as planned for July 6th. If you haven’t been following this situation, you can find a full breakdown of “What’s Really Happening at the Timepiece Gentleman,” which we wrote on July 1st, HERE.
