Missouri Attorney General Eric S. Schmitt led the coalition – which includes attorneys general in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming – along with private and nonprofit groups filing the document denouncing Biden’s most recent mandate as “unconstitutional, unlawful and unwise”. All but Iowa have a Republican attorney general.
