Food delivery law passed by committee

On Tuesday, the Committee on Commerce and Economic Development passed amended legislation that would limit how much third-party caterers can charge restaurants for delivery and marketing services. Majority Leader Parker has campaigned for the bill and is expected to be passed by the entire city council next week.
