WASHINGTON – President Biden’s nearly $ 2 trillion bill, passed by the House of Representatives, has organized labor benefits, including a move to help unionized companies raise billions of dollars for new green energy projects.
The law also provides workplace-based measures to impose fines for breaches of occupational safety and other regulations, increase the funding of home care services by union workers, and allow union members to write off some of their dues.
